Analytics & Tracking Policy

1. No advertising trackers

TourIts does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not show third-party ads, does not access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA or Android Advertising ID) and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Because of this, the app does not show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

2. Cookies

TourIts is a mobile app and does not use browser cookies. It stores data in a local database and secure storage on your device, for example to keep you signed in and remember your settings. This storage is necessary for the app to work and is not used for tracking. If you open our website or third-party sites from the app, their own cookie policies apply.

3. Crash reports and diagnostics

TourIts does not currently include a third-party crash-reporting or analytics SDK. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may give us crash reports that include technical information such as app version, device model, operating system version and a technical stack trace. These reports are not used to identify you or for advertising. If we add a crash-reporting provider, we will name it here and, where the law requires consent, ask first.

4. Service data we do see

When you use online features, our servers and providers see what is necessary to answer the request, for example your IP address, the time of the request and the data sent (such as a map search or a sync). We use server logs only for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and keep them for a limited period, typically up to 30 days.

5. Product analytics in the future

We may later add privacy-friendly product analytics (for example counting how often a feature is used) to improve TourIts. If we do, we will prefer aggregated or pseudonymous measurement, update this policy and the store privacy labels, and ask for your consent where required. You will be able to turn analytics off in Settings.

6. Affiliate links

Some booking links may contain an affiliate identifier so the partner knows the visit came from TourIts. This identifier refers to TourIts, not to you. Once you are on the partner’s site, their privacy and cookie policies apply.
